Terrae Prestige Properties is published by DE FERLA SARL. This page says who publishes, how the texts are written and how to report an error.
At a glance
The texts on this site are written by the Terrae editorial team, within DE FERLA SARL, an agency of the De Ferla Immobilier group. Figures are dated and sourced, the listings come from the De Ferla agency network, and each page carries its update date. Report an error to prestige@deferla.com.
Who publishes
The publisher is DE FERLA SARL, whose registered office is at 220 avenue du Maine, 75014 Paris (SIREN 537 538 969). The De Ferla agency network was founded in 2012. The agencies receive the public in Paris, including the Daguerre agency at 53 rue Daguerre, 75014 Paris. The full details are on the legal notice page.
How the texts are written
Property pages start from the network’s listing. The team picks out the surface, the rooms, the floor, the energy diagnostic and the declared outdoor space, then writes a text centred on the outdoor space. When a listing contradicts itself, for instance on a surface or an energy rating, the page says so instead of choosing silently.
Area pages rely on sources cited at the bottom: market prices per square metre (PAP, Efficity), Wikipedia for places, official texts for the law. Asking prices from the network’s listings are shown apart from market prices.
The guides cite the law, Légifrance and the ANIL, and refer to the notary for individual situations. No text on this site replaces a notary’s advice.
Updates and corrections
Each page shows its publication date and its update date. The property tables carry the date the listings were collected. A substantial correction is noted in the log on the Method and sources page.
To report an error, write to prestige@deferla.com giving the page address and the passage concerned.
