At a glance

The forms
Data. Name, phone (optional), email address, message (optional), the page the request comes from and the area concerned.
Purpose. To answer your request: viewing a property, selling, valuation, a question.
Legal basis. Pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and the agency’s legitimate interest in answering the requests it receives.
Recipients. The De Ferla team. The form is passed on by the FormSubmit service, which forwards the message by email to the agency.
Retention. Three years after the last contact with you, unless the law requires keeping it longer.
Cookies and audience measurement
The site measures its audience with Google Analytics 4. No audience cookie is set before you agree. The banner at the bottom of the page lets you accept or refuse. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage (key `terrae_analytics_consent`) and can be changed at any time from the “Cookies” link in the footer.
The site also uses technical services: Google Fonts, images hosted by the De Ferla network’s services (imgix, Cloudinary) and Cloudflare hosting. These services receive your IP address in order to deliver the page or image.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction, its erasure, restriction of its processing, object to it, and ask for its portability. Write to prestige@deferla.com. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, if you think your rights are not respected.

No. It is used to answer your request and is not passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
How do I withdraw my consent to cookies?
Click “Cookies” in the footer: the banner reappears and you can refuse.
